PROBLEM
The challenge in designing the poster series and digital collateral for Valley Water’s annual Employee Recognition Awards was to build engaging and cohesive graphics that effectively captured the 80s movie theme while generating excitement among employees. The posters needed to not only celebrate the achievements of the honorees but also build anticipation for the event, ensuring high participation and enthusiasm.
